One thing ,John Nash , u r a real genius and hero , I t was for a very long time that you are misunderstood , no body knew you , indeed ,some one laughed at you ,but u still sticked to what you love, math . Besides u could say “friends” to the difficulties . When everyone passed the pens which stand for respect to you , you are accepted by the world .you are the real hero .

Lately, I am very much enjoying the season four of Prison Break. The interesting thing is that I am now treating
it as an adventurous film, but an affectional film to watch. For each episode what I expect most are the screens about Misa time. The sweet words, the emotions, the touching, the eye-contacting, everything between the two. Like wentworth said, "Sara is the silver line in the dark clouds for Scorefield." La Folie décida d’inviter ses amis pour prendre un café chez elle.
Tous les invités y allèrent. Après le café la Folie proposa : On joue à cache-cache ? Cache-cache ? C’est quoi, ?a ? -demanda la Curiosité.
"Cache-cache est un jeu. Je compte jusqu’à cent et vous vous cachez.Quand j’ai fini de compter je cherche, et le premier que je trouve sera le prochain à compter."
Tous acceptèrent, sauf la Peur et la Paresse.
"1,2,3,……"-la Folie commenca à compter.
L’Empressement se cacha le premier, n’importe où.
La Timidité,timide comme toujours, se cacha dans une touffe d’arbre. La Joie courut au milieu du jardin.
La Tristesse commenca à pleurer, car elle ne trouvait pas d’endroit approprié pour se cacher.
L’Envie accompagna le Triomphe et se cacha près de lui dirrière un rocher.
La Folie continuait de compter tandis que ses amis se cachaient. Le Désespoir étaient désespéré en voyant que la Folie était déjà à
nonante-neuf.
"CENT!!!" cria la Folie. "Je vais commencer à chercher..."
La première à être trouvée fut la Curiosité, car elle n’avaitpu s’empêcher de sortir de sa cachette pour voir qui serait le premier découvert.
En regardant sur le c?té, la Folie vit le Doute au-dessus d’une cloture ne sachant pas de quel c?té. Et ainsi de suite, elle découvrit la Joie, la Tristesse, la Timidité……
Quand ils étaient tous réunis, la Curiosité demanda :"Où est l’Amour?"Personne ne l’avait vu. La Folie commen?a à le chercher.Elle chercha au-dussus d’une montagne, dans les rivières au pied des rochers.Mais elle ne trouvait pas l’Amour. Cherchant de tous cotés, la Folie vit un rosier, pris un bout de bois et commen?a à chercher parmi les branches, lorsque soudain elle entendit un cri. C’était l’Amour, qui criait parce qu’une épine lui avait crevé un oeil.
La Folie ne savait pas quoi faire. Elle s’excusa, implora l’ Amour pour avoir son pardon et alla jusqu’à lui promettre de le suivre pourtoujours. L’’Amour accepta les excuses.
Aujourd’hui, l’Amour est aveugle et la Folie l’accompagne toujours.

(BEIJING, August 13) -- Okay, let's cut to the quick, guys. Quite simply, day five of Beijing 2008 could be a day that is etched in Olympic legend.
Remember where you were when you heard the news because the form book in anything to go by the name Michael Fred Phelps is about to go into the annals of sporting history.

As the "Baltimore Bullet" stands on his blocks about to fire down the lane he knows he's on the brink of greatness: No person has ever won ten Olympic medals before, and Phelps has at least two opportunities in Beijing, in the finals of the Men's 200m Butterfly and 4 x 200m Freestyle Relay, to reach this amazing double-digit milestone.
The omens could hardly be better. Phelps has smashed world records in winning each of the three gold medals on the opening days of Beijing 2008 that have nudged him to the edge of legend.
Indeed only four other people have shared the nine gold medals that Phelps has now notched. His stated aim, of course, is to surpass another American swimmer, Mark Spitz, who won seven medals in one Olympic Games at Munich in 1972, by being the first to coop eight gold at one Games.
But day five of Beijing 2008 isn't just about Phelps. Other finals in the Water Cube include the Women's 200m Individual Medley, in which Katie Hoff, who has yet to win gold in Beijing, having collected bronze in the Women's 400m Individual Medley and silver in the 400m Freestyle final, will face strong competition from in-form Kirsty Coventry of Zimbabwe and Australian Stephanie Rice.

Hoff also goes in the Women's 200m Freestyle final and is again a narrow favorite with Federica Pellegrini of Italy, who is the world record holder in the event, and Sara Isakovic of Slovenia, who has the second fastest time in 2008.
The other big poolside question is can China's divers make it four gold medals from four events? The onus to keep the gold medals rolling China's way falls on world champions Wang Feng and Qin Kai in the Men's Synchronized 3m Springboard final.
China is also favored to scoop the second Artistic Gymnastics gold medal of the Games: in the Women's Team final. The United States could also be in contention with 16-year-old Shawn Johnson, a three gold medal winner at the 2007 World Championships in Stuttgart, including the Team gold, while Romania is the defending champion, having won the title at Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004.
The hosts will also fancy their chances in the Women's 25m Pistol final, with Chen Ying challenging double gold medalist Maria Grozdeva of Bulgaria and Athens silver medalist Lenka Maruskova of the Czech Republic. Mother-of-three Grozdeva won the gold medal at Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 and has won bronze medals in the 10m Air Pistol at Barcelona 1992, Atlanta 1996 and Athens 2004.
The day's two Wrestling medals, the Men's Greco-Roman 66kg and Men's Greco-Roman 74 kilogram, could also go to Europeans. Farid Mansurov of Azerbaijan won last year's World Championship, while Turkey's ?eref Ero?lu was the Athens silver medalist. In the Greco-Roman 74kg class, Varteres Samurgashev of Russia won gold in Sydney and bronze in Athens, while 23-year-old Mark Madsen of Denmark has won medals at the last three World Championships.
The Great Wall is once again a stunning backdrop for the Cycling Men's and Women's Individual Time Trials over a 23.8km circuit between the Badaling and Juyongguan sections of the Wall. Karin Thurig of Switzerland lines up as the favorite for the Women's race, although Judith Arndt of Germany, the Athens 2004 Women's Road Race silver medalist, is a three-time podium finisher at the World Championship Time Trials.
In the Men's race, Swiss ace Fabian Cancellara could win his second medal at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, having won the bronze medal in the Men's Road Race on Saturday. Cadel Evans of Australia is a two-time Tour de France runner-up and could also feature.
There are also two Fencing medals at stake. The Women's Individual Epee is likely to be a tight contest between Athens silver medalist Britta Heidemann of Germany and China's Li Na, who was a 2006 World Team champion and Individual runner-up in 2007.
World No. 1 Peter Joppich of Germany is the favorite for the Men's Individual Foil, although Brice Guyart from France is looking for his third consecutive Olympic gold. He is the reigning Olympic champion and also took gold at Sydney 2000 in the Team event.
Weightlifting gold medals in the Women's 69 kilogram and Men's 77kg classes will be hoisted. World record holder Oxana Slivenko of Russia is the favorite and has dominated this class for the past four years, but defending Olympic champion Liu Chunhong of China will also be in contention. Defending champion and world record holder Taner Sa??r of Turkey is the favorite in the Men's 77kg class, though Li Hongli will look to extend China's medal wining streak at Beijing 2008.

Among the team sports, Baseball enters the Games with opening encounters between Chinese Taipei and the Netherlands, China versus Canada, the Republic of Korea v. the United States and Cuba vs. Japan. Cuba won gold in Barcelona 1992, Atlanta 1996 and in Athens 2004, and took the silver medal when the United States won gold at Sydney 2000.
The second day of Softball action sees China take on Venezuela, the United States face Australia and Japan play Chinese Taipei.

Premier moves Chinese amid quake effort
BEIJING -- Few things other than stories of victims rescued following China's most deadly earthquake in 32 years would touch the Chinese heart now. But the emotional Premier Wen Jiabao did.

At www.tudou.com, China's YouTube-like site, a video titled "Dear Premier Wen, you moved China" is attracting hundreds of views. It's a compilation of scenes of Wen's visit to southwestern Sichuan Province, which was devastated by the most deadly earthquake in China since 1976.
Wynlxl, the netizen producer of the video, wrote a caption: "Our dear Premier Wen, you had a long day."
About two hours after the 7.8-magnitude earthquake jolted Wenchuan County in northwestern Sichuan, Wen was en route to the region by plane.
Within about 48 hours, he had paid whirlwind visits to almost all the worst-hit cities and towns including Dujiangyan, Deyang, Mianzhu, Mianyang, Beichuan and Wenchuan.
On Wednesday afternoon, half a day after the first soldiers reached the epicenter town, Yingxiu, he landed there by helicopter.

There were many moving moments widely discussed by ordinary Chinese. One was Wen caressing the cheek of a weeping girl in a factory, murmuring to her: "Don't cry. Food will be sent in a short time. Biscuits and milk powder will be sent, too." It touched many hearts.

Audiences saw a tearful Wen on TV as well. The premier wept as he watched rescuers try to get two children out of the shattered remains of a primary school in Dujiangyan.
Standing in rain showers, he yelled to the children through a crack: "I am grandpa Wen Jiabao. You will certainly pull through and be rescued."
On late Monday evening after hours of travel and work, as drizzle fell, Wen walked over mud and debris at a local hospital and middle school where patients and students were trapped under collapsed buildings.
"If only there is the slightest hope, we will spare no effort; if only there is one survivor in the debris, we will not give up," he said over the debris of the school building that buried more than 100 students.
To the bodies of victims temporarily placed on the school yard, Wen bowed three times as he had done at the funeral of three technicians who died while repairing damaged electricity transmission lines in the winter disaster early this year.
"Your pain is our pain. We are here to help you," he told the victims of Beichuan County.
In Yingxiu County, where 70 to 80 percent of buildings were toppled, rescue work has just started.
"The Communist Party of China Central Committee has not forgotten this place. We will try every method to save the injured," said Wen, reaching out to the victims who were waiting to be airlifted to hospitals as soon as he flew into the town by helicopter on Wednesday afternoon.
On the CCTV website, people created a forum called "Premier Wen, We love you."
Omgomg, a netizen, wrote in a post: "Premier Wen Jiabao always appears where he is most needed at the right time, raises public morale and assures us with confidence. How could we not love him?"
BUSY HEADQUARTERS
It was not the first time that Wen was seen at the front lines when the government was facing a challenge to lead a large part of the country through a disaster.
In 2003, he visited SARS wards when the government was working all out to control the epidemic; earlier this year, he trekked slippery roads to oversee relief work when half of the country struggled through the worst snow and ice storms in 50 years.
People expect Wen's emotional face as well as effective and steadfast actions.
Hours after the quake, a relief task force headed by Wen was pulled together on the plane to Chengdu, the Sichuan provincial capital.
"Confronted with the disaster, we need composure, confidence, courage and an effective command," he said, promising the country in front of the CCTV cameras that the government will lead the people to win the battle against the earthquake.
Wen made it very clear that the top task was to save lives, and he pressed officials and troops very hard to implement rescue work.
Three hours later, in a tent at Dujiangyan, Wen presided over another meeting of the relief task force. The first thing he ordered was to send rescuers into the isolated epicenter "by all means."
"The earlier, even a minute, we reach the quake-hit areas, the more lives we are able to save," he said.
He ordered that roads be cleared to the epicenter by Tuesday midnight.
The first group of 30 soldiers arrived at the epicenter town Yingxiu on foot on Tuesday afternoon and rescued 300 people by midnight.
More soldiers, doctors, rescue experts, engineers and volunteers were assembled in Sichuan and tons of bottled water, milk, instant noodles and other relief materials were trucked in and airdropped to the quake-hit areas.
From the big issues of restoring traffic flows and allocating troops to tiny things like milk powder for infants, Wen addressed them carefully at relief work meetings.
"The Chinese government acted really fast for disaster relief. It was beyond my expectations," said Tristan Lebraz, a reporter from French TV channel France 2, who covered the quake in Mianyang city in Sichuan.
Pan Guang, a research fellow at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, said the government's response has been fast.
"It's not realistic to save every victim immediately after the quake, but judging from the speed and scale of the response, China has already created a nation-wide system to counter the disaster," he said.

Huangshan pines are seen in every corner of Mt. Huangshan. You will be amazed by their vitality and strength. The seeds fall into the crevices where they take root and grow with great vigor. The uneven terrain prevents the pines from growing upright. Instead they become crooked and even downward. Another feature of Huangshan pines is that many trees grow branches on one side only. The pines grow very slowly due to the poor soil and climatic conditions. A tree less than 3 meters (9.84feet) high may have grown for over one hundred years or even several hundred years. The root of a pine is several times or several dozens times longer than the trunk, therefore Huangshan pines stand firmly with dignity, withstanding wind and rain. Absurd Stones
Spectacular rocky peaks will inspire your imagination. Some look like human beings, birds or animals or many other objects. Something that makes the stones even more fascinating is that they assume varied shapes when seen from different angles. Every stone has its own fantastic legend.
The rocks known as the 'Celestial Basking Shoe' and the 'Celestial Basking Boot' share a most romantic story. Once upon a time, in the Celestial Heaven Taoist Temple on Zuoshu Peak lived an old Taoist priest Dao Xuan and his disciple Tai Qing while in the Purple Cloud Temple on Pine Forest Peak lived a Taoist nun Lian Yu and her disciple Miao Zhen. The West Sea Valley separated the two temples as well as a strict commandment, therefore they had no dealings with each other. However, one winter, there was no kindling in Celestial Heaven Taoist Temple. Seeking help, Dao Xuan asked Tai Qing if he could borrow some from the nun at the Purple Cloud Temple. It so happened that the two young disciples fell in love at first sight. From then on, they spent time together when they fetched water or collected firewood. Unfortunately, they were discovered by both masters and the two disciples were punished severely. They were forbidden to go beyond the boundaries set by their masters and threaten with a beating should they disobey. One day when both the masters went down the mountain, they stealthily dated again and agreed upon a good idea: Tai Qing would place a boot in front of the mountain gate if his master was not at home; likewise Miao Zhen would place a shoe. One day, when they were together, their masters unexpectedly returned. Knowing they would be punished, the lovers pondered over their plight. Eventually, they decided that since they could not live together, they would rather choose to die together. Thus, they jumped into a cloud sea. They even did not have time to take back the boot and the shoe. As the days passed, the boot and the shoe turned into two rocks - 'Celestial basking shoe' and 'Celestial basking boot'.
Sea of Clouds
Mt. Huangshan is home to clouds and mists. The Sea of Clouds has a fairy tale beauty. Winter is the best season for this spectacle. According to their locations, the seas of clouds are divided into East Sea, South Sea, West Sea, North Sea and Sky Sea. If you climb up the Lotus Peak, the Heaven Capital Peak and the Bright Peak, you will find yourself above the level of the clouds and they appear as a sea beneath you. It is true that a sea of clouds can be seen in many high mountains but that of Mt. Huangshan is unique with its oddly shaped rocks and ancient pines. Peaks, large and small, hide and reappear in the boundless waves of clouds. The Heavenly Capital Peak and the Bright Peak appear as isolated islands within this white sea.
All the colors seem more vivid in the sunshine. The clouds are forever changing, from being like a mirror when all is calm to rolling waves when the wind is strong. At sunrise or sunset, the glistening clouds assume every hue from red to purple. You cannot help marveling at this gift from the Creator! You will be struck by the beauty when all the red leaves are floating on the white clouds in autumn, when the clouds gush between the peaks like a raging river while the red leaves flutter delicately in the breeze.
Go to the Jade Screen Pavilion to view the South Sea, the Refreshing Terrace for the North Sea, the Paiyun Tower for the West Sea, the White Goose Ridge for the East Sea and the Legendary Turtle Peak for the Sky Sea.
Hot springs
To be able to refresh yourself in the hot springs on Mt. Huangshan must be one of the best ways of enjoyment and relaxation. Running out of the Purple Peak of 850 meters (2, 789 feet), the hot spring in Mt. Huangshan is the first stop following the entrance. Legend has it that Huang Di, the ancestor of the Chinese nation, bathed here 49 days before he ascended to heaven and became immortal.
Tips:
1. Hot spring is not suitable for everyone. If you suffer from high blood pressure or heart diseases, it would be wise to consult your doctor first.
2. Do not bathe in the hot spring if you do not feel very well or when you are hungry.
3. Leave the hot spring whenever you feel uncomfortable.
In addition to the spectacles we have mentioned there are three large waterfalls that are well worth a visit. These are Renzi (like the Chinese character for human being) Waterfall, the Baizhang (100 zhang, over 1,093feet) Spring and the Nine-dragon Waterfall.
Four hundred kilometers (248.5miles) from the East China Sea, Mt. Huanshan is absolutely the best place to watch the sunrise. It would be wise to choose the place according to where you live or are staying so as to attain the best vantage point without being exhausted. For example, the Dawn Pavilion (Shuguang Ting), the Refreshing Terrace and the Lion Peak are the optimum places if you live near the North Sea; the Red Cloud Peak for tourists near Xihai Hotel and Paiyunlou Hotel; the Bright Peak for Qixiang Hostel and Tianhai Hotel and Jade Screen Peak for those near Jade Screen Pavilion. You have to wake up earlier but the magnificent sight is certainly rewarding.
In contrast, Red Cloud Peak and Paiyun Tower are the best places for watching the glow of the setting sun.
Animals and plants
Mt. Huangshan is an ideal environment for wild animals and plants. The distribution of the animals and plants changes with elevation. Flowers bloom as though in all the four seasons due to the change in climatic conditions as you proceed up the mountain. So if you are fond of animals and plants, be prepared to encounter some precious ones here.

Sunshine 'helps to keep you young'
A healthy dose of sunshine may be the secret to staying young, British scientists have revealed.
Vitamin D is produced naturally by the skin in response to sunlight and may help to slow the ageing process and protect against heart disease, according to the study.
Researchers from King's College London studied 2,160 women aged between 18 and 79, looking at their telomeres - a biological marker of ageing found in DNA. As people get older their telomeres get shorter and they become more susceptible to certain illnesses.
But the study found women with high levels of vitamin D had comparatively longer telomeres - a sign of being biologically younger and healthier.
The study suggests vitamin D may help to slow down the ageing process of DNA, and therefore the ageing process as a whole.
Lead researcher Dr Brent Richards said: "These results are exciting because they demonstrate for the first time that people who have higher levels of vitamin D may age more slowly than people with lower levels of vitamin D.
"This could help to explain how vitamin D has a protective effect on many ageing related diseases, such as heart disease and cancer."
He said further studies are required to confirm the findings.
Professor Tim Spector, head of KCL's twin research unit, and a co-author of the report, added: "Although it might sound absurd, it's possible that the same sunshine which may increase our risk of skin cancer may also have a healthy effect on the general ageing process."

Sparter Launches, Go Buy Some World of Warcraft Gold

Sparter, a stealth startup founded by Bessemer Venture Partners, launched this evening. They are jumping into the middle of the estimated $1 billion market for buying and selling virtual currencies in games like World of Warcraft (WOW), EverQuest, Eve and others. The current spot price of 100 gold on WOW? About $10.
The company is a true person to person trading company. Users can sign up and either buy or sell virtual currencies at market prices. There are already a number of sites that sell these currencies directly to users (IGE is the largest), but they don’t take sellers, just buyers. And the prices are set by the company, not the market.
I spoke to Dan Kelly and Boris Putanec, the two executives Bessemer brought in to start the company, earlier this week. They say that a major supply of WOW gold today comes directly or indirectly from “farmers” in China and India. People are paid a very low wage to play the game and gather small amounts of gold, which are then sold directly to players or to services like IGE. Those models are fine, they say, for people who want to buy currency. But it gives no way for people who want to liquidate their virtual gold into real world money.
eBay is one place where gamers currently try to trade virtual currency for real money, but the company started restricting the sale of virtual goods on the site earlier this year, and proactively removing listings that include virtual money and other items. Sparter is simply filling the void that eBay has voluntarily created, the company says.
Others note that eBay left the market due to trademark and other concerns. In particular, it is a violation of the terms of service of many of these services to exchange currency in this way. Whether these virtual worlds will turn a blind eye to Sparter’s activities, or attempt to fight it, remains to be seen.
Sparter acts as the go-between for the parties, keeping payments in escrow until both sides say the virtual transfer went through properly. Users are also asked to rate each other after a transaction. Users with higher reputational ratings may be able to charge a premium.
The company only supports trading in currency for now. Other digital goods cannot be traded on the platform. They say they have no plans to deviate from that strategy, unless users show strong demand down the road.
